From time to time, Jardinette aims to surprise its guests with some specialties. Our chef is offering three special dishes for the 2010 outdoor season which you will not find at any restaurant in this form in Budapest.
1. Discus plate (for 2 persons)
Our chef packs various fine ingredients – different meats and vegetables with savoury spices – into a folding iron contraption, places it in the hot oven and from there, straight onto your table, together with the ‘discus’. It is delicious, believe us, so why not taste it? Please place your orders on the day before.
2. Pot roast spare ribs matured in beer and larded with smoked sausage and garlic
For a family lunch or a friends’ reunion, order something unique, fragrant pot roast spare ribs. Soups or starters, garnishes and desserts can either be pre-ordered or selected on the spot.
3. Whole-roasted saddle of lamb flavoured with rosemary
This whole-roasted crisp lamb cut, flavoured with fine spices, is recommended for special occasions. Order it from our colleagues the day before!
